Hey Nathan! I read your résumé on your site. Typos I found there: "Teir 1" is probably spelled "Tier 1."
"Oversaw agents on both phones, email, and a live help desk" there are three things, so don't say "both."
"Supplamental" (at bottom of your résumé) should be "supplemental"
